I was running around taking pictures on this lovely February day. The temperature was in the mid-60s, and people were out at the park like it was a summer day.
If it was mid-July and the temperature was in the mid-60s, people probably would have been inside complaining it was too cold.
Up or down, sometimes it’s just a matter of perspective.
